Sullivan, ITI OTHERS PRESENT : Executive Assistant to the Superintendent Alyssa Fratoni 1. MEETING OPENING 1.1. Call to Order D.Antonacci called the meeting to order at 4:50 PM 12 ~~ Roll Call All Members present except for A.Oliphant at time of Roll Call 2. *™PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION . 2.1. Proposed Executive Session for discussion of the Superintendent's Annual Evaluation and Contract Motion by: M.Gignac . Motion to move into Executive Session and invite Superintendent Sullivan to discuss agenda items 2.1 through 2.4 Second: C.Rivers Roll Cali: All in favor Vote: Motion carried A.Fratoni left the meeting at 4:50 PM The Board moved into executive session at 4:50 PM A.Oliphant arrived at the meeting and went into Executive Session at 4:51 PM 2.2. Proposed Executive Session for discussion of Non-Union Salaries See 2.1 2.3. Proposed Executive Session for discussion of the Assistant Superintendent's Contract See 2.1 2.4. | Proposed Executive Session for discussion of Jack Jackter Intermediate School Leadership See 2.1 3. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION: ITEMS 3.1. *Possible Actions Resulting from Executive Session Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to extend the Assistant Superintendent’s Contract through June 30, 2028 and set the total compensation at $199,718.00 for the 2025-2026 school year. Second: C.Rivers Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to set the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent’s salary at $85,532 for the 2025-2026-school year, given additional responsibilities due to staff reduction. Second: M.Millington Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to authorize the Superintendent to work with the Colchester Association of School Administrators to establish an Associate Principal position at Jack Jackter Intermediate School. The MOU relative to the position should neither be precedent setting or permanent. Second: S.Tracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to appoint Melissa Cyr as the Associate Principal, IEP Facilitator and HOTS School Coordinator at Jack Jackter Intermediate School, effective July 1, 2025. : Second: A.Oliphant Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to authorize thé Board Chair and Vice Chair to negotiate the Superintendent’s contract for the 2025-2025 school year with the understanding that it is a three year contract expiring June 30; 2028. Second: M.Millington Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 4. ADJOURNMENT Motion by: C.Rivers Motion to adjourn.
