We are East of the River
Transition Academy!    We are a collaborative transition
                       program between East Haddam
                       Public Schools and Colchester
                       Public Schools.
     Founded in 2019
Mission
          This community–based program provides real life
          experience for students. Our young adults learn
          skills in the areas of self determination, self
          advocacy, employment, post-secondary and
          independent living.




 Vision   Preparing our students for
          adulthood through real life
          experiences. Coaching our
          young adults through a
          soft-launch into adulthood.

We work at a site for seven weeks. At
