For Public Comments, please see Bylaw on Meeting Conduct None 3. *CONSENT AGENDA 3.1. *Approval of Policy Committee Meeting Minutes of March 3, 2025 Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to approve Second: D.Antonacci Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried S.Tracey-Calash arrived at 4:16 PM Superintendent Sullivan arrived at 4:17 PM, left at 4:20 PM and returned at 4:30 PM. 4. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS 4.1, *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 1120 Board of Education Meetings Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to table. Second: S.Tracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 4.2. *Discussion and Possible Action on Series 4000 Policies Motion by: SiTracey-Calash . Motion to revise Policy 4112 Appointment and Conditions of Employment and bring to the Full Board for first read at the next regular meeting. Second: M.Gignac Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried S.Tracey-Calash left the meeting at 4:36 PM and returned at 4:37 PM The Committee reviewed Policy 4112.4 Health Examination but no changes were made. Superintendent Sullivan left the meeting at 4:48 PM and returned at 4:50 PM Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to revise Policy 4112.5 Employment Checks and bring to the Full Board for first read at the next regular meeting. Second: S.Tracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried The Committee scheduled the next two Policy Committee Meetings for: Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 3:45 PM Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 2:45 PM 5.
