MEETING OPENING 11. Call to Order D. Antonacci called the meeting to order at 2:39 PM 12 Roll Call D.Antonacci and M.Gignac present. PUB COMMENT 2.1. For Public Comments, please see Bylaw on Meeting Conduct None. *CONSENT AGENDA 3.1. *Approval of Policy Committee Meeting Minutes of February 10, 2025 Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to approve Second: D.Antonacci Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS 4.1. | *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 1120 Board of Education Meetings The Committee waited to talk about Policy 1120 Board of Education Meetings until Committee Member S.Tracey-Calash arrived at the meeting. Superintendent Sullivan left the meeting at 3:31P M A.Fratoni left the meeting at 3:44 PM and returned at 3:47 PM Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to table Policy 1120 Board of Education Meetings Second: STracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 4.2. *Discussion and Possible Action on Series 4000 Policies The Committee discussed this first. Human Resources Coordinator Pauline Goetz was brought into this meeting considering her role in the District and wanting her input. Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to remove 4118.011-F Discrimination Complaint Form and 4118.11-R Discrimination Complaints - Administrative Regulations (Personnel). These policies will go to the Full board for review of non-substantive changes at the next available regular meeting. Second: D.Antonacci Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried Superintendent Sillivan left the meeting at 2:45 PM and returned at 2:58 PM S.Tracey-Calash arrived at 2:48 PM -M.Gignac left the meeting at 2:55 PM and returned at 3:07 PM Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to remove 4111.1 Affirmative Action: Recruitment and Selection, 4111.3 Minority Recruitment Plan, 4118.11 Non-Discrimination Policy (Personnel) and 4118.14 Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disabilities and replace with Shipman version and number it 4118.11. These policies will go to the Full board for first read at the next available regular meeting. Second: S.Tracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried Motion by: M.Gignac Motion to remove Policy 4111.2 Vacancies. This policy will go to the Full board for first read at the next available regular meeting.
