Hi Alyssa,
In the upcoming board meeting, Dan asked me to have you add in an item to officially accept the new non-certified sub
rate. With the increase in minimum wage at the start of the year, the non-certified rate no longer complies with the
state's requirement of $16.35 / hour when serving in a role that requires them to work for 7.25 hours or more. After his
original talk to the board, the change would be to go to a daily rate of $125 for the remainder of 2025 and then $130 for
2026 to help remain competitive in the substitute market (up from the current $115).
