4.2. *Discussion and Possible Action.on Series 3000 Policies
Discussion was had around Policy 3541.44 Transportation of Students by School Employees.
Motion by: M. Gignac
Motion to table Policy 3541.44 Transportation of Students by School Employees until
next meeting to go over edits.
Second: S. Tracey-Calash
Roll Call: All in favor.
Vote: Motion carried

43.  *Discussion of new district Ethics Policy

Discussion was had. D. Antonacci will follow up.with the Board. Superintendent Sullivan will
create an Administrative Regulation and implement a policy review for staff in the yearly training
module at the beginning of each school year.

- The Committee scheduled the next meeting for Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 3:30 PM.
