Gignac Motion to approve minutes as presented. Second: D. Antonacci Roll Call: M. Gignac and D. Antonacci in favor, S. Tracey-Calash abstained. Vote: Motion carried Superintendent Sullivan arrived at 3:13 PM 4. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS 4.1. *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 3533 Employee Bonds The Committee discussed Policy 3533 Employee Bonds but no action was taken. 4.2. *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 3541 Transportation The Committee discussed Policy 3541 Transportation but no action was taken. 4.3. *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 3541.3 Routes, Stops and Services The Committee discussed Policy 3541.3 Routes, Stops and Services but no action was taken. 44. *Discussion and Possible Action on Series 2000 Policies Motion by: D. Antonacci Motion to table Series 2000 Policies Second: M. Gignac Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 4.5. *Discussion and Possible Action on Series 3000 Policies D. Antonacci reviewed the Policies being sent to the Full Board at the December 10, 2024 Regular Meeting. The Committee discussed moving Policy 3541.3 Appendix A & B to Administrative Regulations. The Committee discussed Policy 3541.4 Transportation Equipment but no action was taken. The Committee discussed Policy 3541.44 Transportation of Students by School Employees Motion by: D. Antonacci Motion to table for further review. Second: M. Gignac Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried Superintendent Sullivan left the meeting at 4:30 PM Next Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 3:00 PM. 5.
