Rivers Motion to approve minutes of November 8, 2024 Ad Hoc Budget Meeting Second: M. Gignac Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried A.Cook joined the meeting at 8:33 AM 4. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS 4.1. *Discussion and Possible Action on Clear Gov Superintendent Sullivan consulted with the Superintendent of Preston Public Schools regarding their use of Clear Gov so far. Preston Superintendent said that for comparison purposes, it has not been easy to go back and look at the previous years’ budget. He also stated that it has been more cumbersome than anticipated. The Committee discussed waiting to see how the Town does with the implementation and possible using it for the 2026-2027 Budget Season. R. Linkkila joined the meeting at 8:43 AM S. Tracey-Calash joined the meeting at 8:45 AM C. Rivers left the meeting at 9:01 AM 4.2. Next Steps and Next meeting set for Monday, November 25, 2024 The Committee rescheduled the November 25 meeting to December 6, 2024 at 1:30 PM. Policy Committee to send Ad Hoc Budget Committee policies they would like them to review M. Gignac to talk to First Selectman Dennler about the Budget Timeline. 5. ADJOURNMENT Motion by: M.
