1. MEETING OPENING
1.1. Call to Order
D. Antonacci called the meeting to order at 3:15 PM

1.2 Roll Call
D. Antonacci and S. Tracey-Calash present for roll call. M. Gignac and
Superintendent Sullivan were not present at that time.

M. Gignac arrived at 3:17 PM.

Motion to approve Policy Committee Meeting Minutes of September 5, 2024
Second: D. Antonacci
Roll Call: All in favor
Vote: Motion carried

Superintendent Sullivan arrived at 3:41 PM.
Superintendent Sullivan left at 3:50 PM and returned at 4:00 PM.

4. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS
4.1. *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 3000 Concept and Roles in Business

 


& Non-Iinstructional Operations

After a long discussion over multiple Policy Meetings, the Committee is moving
the new combined Policy 3000 Concept and Roles in Business & Non-Instructional Operations
to the AD HOC Committee for review. This Policy will replace existing policies 3000 Concept
and Roles in Business & Non-instructional Operations, 3110 Budget Planning, 3113 Setting
Budget Priorities and 3120 Preparation of Budget Documents.

Motion by: D. Antonacci

Motion to take Policy 5131.911 Bullying Prevention and Intervention and
replace it with legal recommendations as part of State Law and move toa
combined First and Second Read with Presentation at the next Board of
Education meeting.
