Gignac Motion to approve revised minutes from July 22, 2024 Policy Committee Meeting. Second: S. Tracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 3.2 *Approval of Minutes from Policy Committee Meeting on August 5, 2024 Motion by: S. Tracey-Calash Motion to approve minutes from August 5, 2024 Policy Committee Meeting. Second: D. Antonacci Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS 4.1 *Discussion and Possible Action on Series 3000 Policies The Committee discussed Policies 3000 Concept and Roles in Business & Non-instructional Operations, 3100 Budget/Budgeting Systems, and 3110 Budget Planning. It is the Committee's opinion to combine and edit these policies along with Policies 3113 Setting Budget Priorities and 3120 Preparation of Budget Document. They will wait until the Superintendent is present at a Policy Meeting to get his input and approval. Motion by: D.
