Tracey-Calash Motion to approve pending edits discussed by the Committee. Second: M. Gignac Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 4. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS 4.1 *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 2400 Evaluation of Superintendent. Motion by: D. Antonacci Motion to table Policy 2400 Evaluation of Superintendent until Superintendent Sullivan can review. Second: S. Tracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 4.2 *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 2500 Administrative Reports. Motion by: M. Gignac Motion to strike Policy 2500 Administrative Reports due to the fact that it is part of the Superintendent's job description as well at CT General Statutes. Strike is pending until Superintendent Sullivan can review. Second: S. Tracey-Calash Roll Cali: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 4.3 *Discussion and-Possible Action on Policy 4115.3 Athletic Coaches. Motion by: S. Tracey-Calash Motion to table Policy 4115.3 Athletic Coaches until Superintendent Sullivan can review and give input. Second: D. Antonacci Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 44 *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 5131.911 Bullying Prevention and Intervention. Motion by: D. Antonacci Motion to table Policy 5131.911 Bullying Prevention and Intervention until Superintendent Sullivan can review and give input. The Committee members will look into the differences between recommendations. Second: S. Tracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried 4.5 *Discussion and Possible Action on Series 3000 Policies. Motion by: M. Gignac Motion to table Series 3000 Policies. Second: S. Tracey-Calash Roll Call: All in favor Vote: Motion carried The Committee discussed next meetings: Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 3:30 PM was previously scheduled and confirmed.
