MINUTES
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT : Margo Gignac, Donna Antonacci and Stefanie Tracey-Calash.
ADMINISTRATION PRESENT : Superintendent Daniel P. Sullivan, III.
OTHERS PRESENT : Executive Assistant to the Superintendent Alyssa Fratoni.

D. Antonacci called the meeting to order at 2:05 PM.

3.1. *Approval of minutes from June 27, 2024 Policy Committee Meeting.

Motion to approve minutes from June 27, 2024 Policy Committee Meeting.

4. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS
41 “Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 2400 Evaluation of Superintendent
and Other Administrators.
The Committee discussed splitting Policy 2400 Evaluation of Superintendent and
Other Administrators into 2(two) separate policies.
Motion by: M. Gignac
Motion to revise, renumber and rename Policy 2400 Evaluation of
Superintendent and Other Administrators to 2400.1 Evaluation of Certified Staff. Policy
2400.1 Evaluation of Certified Staff will be brought for First Read to the Full Board at
the next Board of Education meeting.
Second: S. Tracey-Calash
Roll Call: All in favor
Vote: Motion carried
The Committee discussed renaming Policy 2400 Evaiuation of Superintendent
and Other Administrators to Policy 2400 Evaluation of Superintendent.
Motion by: M. Gignac
Motion to table new Policy 2400 Evaluation of Superintendent until the next
Policy Meeting.
Second: D. Antonacci
Roll Call: All in favor
Vote: Motion carried
The Committee also looked in the Policy Manual for other policies related to
Evaluations of Staff Members.

Motion to remove Policy 4115 Evaluation - Certified in favor of the new Policy
2400.1 Evaluation of Certified Staff. Policy 4115 Evaluation - Certified will be brought for
First Read to the Full Board at the next Board of Education meeting.

Vote: Motion carried
Motion by: M. Gignac
Motion to remove Policy 4215 Evaluation/Supervision in favor of the new Policy
2400.1 Evaluation of Certified Staff. Policy 4215 Evaluation/Supervision will be brought
to the Full Board at the next Board of Education meeting.

Roll Call: All in favor
Vote: Motion carried
M. Gignac left the meeting at 3:20 PM.
4.2 *Discussion and Possible Action on Policy 2500 Administrative Reports.
The Committee discussed but no action was taken at this time. The Committee
will have further discussion at the next Policy meeting.
4.3. *Discussion and Possible Action on Series 3000 Policies.
The Committee discussed but no action was taken at this time.
