4. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION / ACTION ITEMS
41 “Discussion and possible action on Policy 1325 Advertising and Promotion in the
School System.
The Committee discussed the possibility of having a fee for out-of-town
businesses that would like to utilize the Community Resources page on the Colchester Public
Schools website due to the fact that it is considered free advertising for a potentially competitive
business to other in-town businesses.
Motion by: M. Gignac
Motion to table policy 1325 Advertising and Promotion in the School System to
the next meeting due to a more in-depth discussion that is needed.
Second: D. Antonacci

Vote: Motion carried
4.2 *Discussion and possible action on Policy 1411 Law Enforcement Officials
The Committee discussed the fact that our current policy is out of date
and discusses things that are no longer in practice.

Motion to revise policy 1411 Law Enforcement Officials and bring to the Full
Board at the June Board of Education meeting.

4.3 *Discussion and possible action on Series 2000 Board of Education Policies
The Committee discussed tabling until the next meeting.
