Motion to remove Policy 0500 Comprehensive Long-Range Planning due to redundancy. Policy
0500 Comprehensive Long-Range Planning will be brought to the full Board at the next Board of
Education Meeting.

Motion to revise Policy 1000 Concept, Goals, and Roles in Community Relations. Policy 1000

Motion to strike Policy 1110.1 School, Family and Community Partnerships in favor of Policy

brought to the full Board at the next Board of Education Meeting.

Motion to revise Policy 5124 Reporting to Parents. Policy 5124 Reporting to Parents will be
brought to the full Board at the next Board of Education Meeting.

Motion to strike Policy 1150 Responsibilites of School Personnel. Policy 1150 Responsibilites of

The Committee discussed revisions needed in Policies 1220 Citizens’ Advisory Committees,
1316 Civlity/Respectful Communications and Actions and 1112 News Media Relationships and will
discuss those revisions at the next meeting. The Committee also discussed keeping Policy 1323 Gifts
to Students.
The Committee decided that Policies 1220 Citizens’ Advisory Committee and 1000 Concept,
Goals,a nd Roles in Community Realtions will be discussed at the next meeting
