       Committee Chair Donna Antonacci called the meeting to order at 2:30 PM

3.     *PRIORITY DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
       3.1  *5131.11 PR - Personnel/Students Surveillance on School Property

       3.2    *4118.4 - Student Surveillance on School Property

       Discussion was had on policies 5131.11 and 4118.4, surveillance on school property. The
       committee worked on consolidating into one policy under the 3000 series. A first read
       will be brought to the Board at the September 6, 2023 Special Meeting.

       Committee Chair Donna Antonacci adjourned the meeting at 2:47 PM
