ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: Superintendent Daniel P. Sullivan, III

1.     CALL TO ORDER
       1.1  Call to Order
       Committee Chair Donna Antonacci called the meeting to order at 1:15 PM.

2.     PUBLIC COMMENT
       2.1  For Public Comments, Please See Bylaw on Meeting Conduct
       None.

3.     *PRIORITY DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
       3.1     Review of Board of Education Bylaws and Policies by Series
       Discussion was had on Board of Education Bylaws (Series 9000) including updates and
       possible removals. Bylaws 9000, 9010, 9012, 9020, 9222, 9250, 9270, 9271, and 9272
       will be brought to the full board for a first read.

5.     ADJOURNMENT
       Committee Chair Donna Antonacci adjourned the meeting at 2:22 PM
