To approve Donna Antonacci as Policy Committee Chair

3.3 3542.4 Food Service Charging
The committee reviewed a legal update to the meal charging policy. The Committee will
bring policy 3542.4 to the next Board meeting on May 23, 2023, for first read.
3.4 Board Policy Review
The Board reviewed policies in place versus required policies by law. The Committee
will review Shipman and Goodwin recommended bylaws at the next Policy Committee
meeting. At subsequent meetings the Committee will review policies by series.
The next meeting of the Policy Committee will be June 8, 2023 at 1:15 PM.
