COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Christopher Rivers, Alexander Oliphant, Michelle
Millington

ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: Superintendent Daniel P. Sullivan, III, Assistant
Superintendent Dr. Charles E. Hewes

OTHERS PRESENT: Business Director Rachel Linkkila, Accountant Michelle Marceau,
Executive Assistant to the Superintendent/Board Clerk Heather Petit

      Committee Chair Christopher Rivers called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM

      3.3    Budget Reports
       Rachel Linkkila reported on the monthly reports for March 2023 and April 2023 and
       March 2023 Cafeteria.

       Ms. Linkkila reported on expenses in regard to the Bacon Academy oil spill. As of the
       present date, the expenses total $279,506.14.

       3.4   Budget Transfers Under $5,000
       None.

       3.5   Budget Transfers Over $5,000
       None.
