BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Alexander Oliphant, Mary Tomasi, Donna Antonacci,
Margo Gignac, Rosemary Gignac, Christopher Rivers
Call to order: Chair Alex Oliphant called the meeting to order at 4:28pm
Pledge of Allegiance
Mary Tomassi made a motion to go into executive session for the purpose of interviewing Board
of Education vacancy candidates and invited Jeremy McKenzie, Michelle Millington, Brien
Brown, and Miles Lubben for portions of the session. Chris Rivers seconded the motion; All in
favor, motion carried.
Out of executive session at 7:15pm
Mary Tomasi made a motion to appoint Michelle Millington to fill the vacancy on the Board of
Education; Donna Antonacci seconded the motion; All in favor; Motion carried
Meeting adjourned at 7:30pm
