Chair Alexander Oliphant called the meeting to order at 8:01AM.

3.1. Discussion and Possible Action on Appointment of Interim Superintendent (discussion
proposed for executive session)
Motion by: M.Tomasi
To appoint Dr. Thomas Y. McDowell to serve as Interim Superintendent of Schools in
accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. Section 10-157, and that the Board authorizes its Chairperson
to execute the related agreement on behalf of the Board.
Second by: J.Morozowich
Vote: Unanimous
