ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: Superintendent Jeffrey Burt
OTHERS PRESENT: Attorney Thomas Mooney
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Oliphant called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL MATTER
Motion by: M.Gignac
To move into executive session for the purpose of discussion regarding attorney/client
privileged written memorandum, and discussion regarding employment of a public
employee: contract of employment for school administrator. Attorney Thomas Mooney
was invited to join the Executive Session.
Second: C.Rivers
Vote: Unanimous
Roll Call: Mary Tomasi, Jessica Morozowich, Donna Antonacci, Margo Gignac, Rosemary
Gignac, Christopher Rivers, Alexander Oliphant
Superintendent of Schools Jeffrey Burt was invited to join the executive session at
6:02PM. Superintendent Burt left executive session at 6:34PM.
Public Session was entered at 6:49PM.

4.1 *Possible action regarding procedures for administrator complaint

To authorize the Superintendent to execute the proposed separation agreement between
the Board and school administrator.
Second: M.Tomasi
Vote: Unanimous
