       Chair Antonacci called the meeting to order at 5:31PM

       Motion by: M. Tomasi
       To approve the Policy Committee minutes of October 18, 2021.

5. *PRIORITY DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
   5.1 *Approval of 2022 Policy Committee meeting dates
       Motion by: M. Tomasi
       To approve the meeting dates of 2/28, 6/6, 9/12 and 12/5/2022
       Second by: M. Gignac
       Vote: Unanimous

  5.2 Review of Personnel Committee Functions
      Superintendent Burt reviewed the purpose and functions of the Policy committee.

  5.3 *4111.1P, Equal Employment Opportunity.
      Superintendent Burt reviewed the revision to this policy as recommended by CABE.
      Motion by: M. Gignac
      To move policy 4111.1P to the full Board for a first reading.
      Second by: M. Tomasi
      Vote: Unanimous
      Roll call: M. Gignac, M. Tomasi, D. Antonacci

  5.3 *4118.5P Employee Use of District’s Computer System
      Superintendent Burt reviewed the number revision.
      Motion by: M. Gignac
      To move policy 4118.5P to the full Board for a first reading.
      Second by: M. Tomasi
      Vote: Unanimous
      Roll call: M. Gignac, M. Tomasi, D. Antonacci

6. *OTHER POLICIES REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
      None

7. *CONTINUED DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
      7.1 *1120P Public Participation at Board of Education Meetings
      Superintendent Burt reviewed the revision to this policy with added language for
      communications.
      Motion by: M. Tomasi
      To move policy 1120P to the full Board for a first reading.
      Second by: M. Gignac
      Vote: Unanimous
      Roll call: M. Gignac, M. Tomasi, D. Antonacci

      7.2 *0050P and 9271B Revisions
      Superintendent Burt reviewed the revisions to these two documents.
      No action was taken, the Committee will review the documents and discuss at the next
      policy meeting.

      7.3 *Temporary Policies Review
      No action was taken.
