   Chair Tomasi called the meeting to order at 5:00PM.

   None.

    3.1 BOE Orientation
        BOE Counsel Anne Littlefield of Shipman & Goodwin provided training on the roles and
        responsibilities of the Board of Education and the Superintendent.
