Chair Alexander Oliphant called the meeting to order at 6:00PM.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
3.1 Interviews for Board of Education vacancy
Motion by: M. Gignac
To enter Executive Session to interview candidates for the Board of Education vacancy.
Second by: D. Antonacci
Vote: Unanimous
The board entered into executive session at 6:01 PM.
Jennifer Cox and Christopher Rivers were invited into portions of the Executive Session.
3.2 Discussion Concerning Candidate Selection for Board of Education Vacancy (unless
candidates request open session)
Discussion regarding candidate selection for the Board of Education vacancy was held in
Executive Session.
At 7:27PM A.Oliphant brought the Board out of Executive Session.

To approve Christopher Rivers to fill the Board of Education Vacancy.
