   1. CALL TO ORDER
      Chair C. McGlynn called the meeting to order at 5:35PM.

   2. ADDITIONS/CHANGES TO AGENDA
      2.1 3240P Tuition Fees

          To add 3240P Tuition Fees to the agenda as item 5.6.
          Second by: S. Hickey

       Motion by: A. Domeika
       To approve, with revisions, policies 1110.1P School, Family, and Community
       Partnerships, 9325 Bylaw on Meeting Conduct, 9326 Bylaw on Minutes, Taping, and
       Broadcasting, 9321 Bylaw on Time, Place, Notification for Meetings, and and move
       policies to the full BOE for a first reading.

       To approve, with revisions, policy 3240P Tuition Fees and move policy to the full BOE
       for a second reading.

        The Policy Committee reviewed all temporary COVID19-related policies in light of
        state regulatory updates.

       Based on revisions to state of CT emergency orders, and on the advice of our legal team,
       the majority of these policies will be recommended for removal at the end of the
       2020-2021 school year (by June 30, 2021).
       Discussion ensued on current and future mask recommendations.

    8.1 Bylaw 9323 Agenda Construction/Meeting Materials
    8.2 Bylaw 9360 Legislative and Regulatory Affairs
        For information only; non-substantive policy changes will be information items for the
        full BOE on June 8, 2021.

9. POLICIES/REGULATIONS RECOMMENDED FOR REMOVAL
   9.1 *Bylaw 9400 Monitoring Products and Processes
       Tabled. The Committee requested additional information about the authority of the BOE
       to remove a Bylaw.

10. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW ISSUES RAISED OR SUBJECTS DEVELOPED
    None.

11. ESTABLISH JUNE 15, 2021 AGENDA PRIORITIES
    Priorities include:
        ● Further review of temporary policies over the summer
        ● Possible consolidation of complementary policies
        ● Clarification on removal of Bylaws by the BOE
