MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Mary Tomasi, Vice Chair Chris McGlynn (joined at time of
Executive Session), Amy Domeika, Jessica Morozowich, Joanne Rose, Suesen Hickey
ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: Superintendent Jeffrey Burt, Director of Human Resources
Shannon Ramsby

1. MEETING OPENING
   Chair Tomasi called the meeting to order at 9:02AM.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
   None.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION
   3.1 Executive Session: Superintendent Evaluation
       Motion by: J. Rose
       To enter Executive Session and invite Superintendent Jeffrey Burt and Director of Human
       Resources Shannon Ramsby into Executive Session.
       Second by: S. Hickey
       Vote: Unanimous
       Roll call: A. Domeika, J. Morozowich, S. Hickey, J. Rose

4. *POSSIBLE ACTION ON EXECUTIVE SESSION
   4.1 *Possible Action on 3.1: Superintendent Evaluation
        The BOE exited the Executive Session at 11:03AM.

       Motion by: C. McGlynn
       To approve the Superintendent’s evaluation as presented.
       Second by: S. Hickey
       Vote: Unanimous
       Roll call: C. McGlynn, A. Domeika, J. Morozowich, S. Hickey, J. Rose, M. Tomasi

       Motion by: J. Morozowich
       To authorize the Chair and Vice Chair to meet with the Superintendent regarding the
       Superintendent’s contract.
       Second by: J. Rose
       Vote: Unanimous

5. ADJOURNMENT
