      Chair C. McGlynn called the meeting to order at 5:34PM.

          To approve the minutes of the January 25, 2021 Policy Committee meeting

           Motion by: S. Hickey
           To approve revisions to 0521P Nondiscrimination (Community/Board Operations),
           2111P Equal Employment Opportunity (with inclusion of optional language), 4118.11P
           Nondiscrimination (Personnel), 5124.1P Student Privacy Policy (PPRA), and 5145.4P
           Nondiscrimination (Students) and move policies to the full BOE for a first reading.

       Policy 5132P Attire and Hygiene will undergo further review by administration.
       Language will be extended for the dress code to include school-sponsored activities such
       as field trips.

        Item 7.1 4151.71P Emergency/Personal Leave is undergoing legal review and will be
        brought to the Policy Committee at the May 20, 2021 meeting.

       Motion by: A. Domeika
       To approve revisions to 7.2 *4134P Tutoring and move policy to the full BOE for a
       second reading.

       The Policy Committee reviewed all temporary COVID19-related policies in light of
       state regulatory updates.

       Temporary policy 1000.2T Use of School Facilities was reviewed regarding allowing
       outside organizations to use facilities outside of school hours. The District will seek
       guidelines from Chatham Public Health for developing safety protocol for use of school
       facilities. The Superintendent currently reserves the right to allow or deny use of
       facilities on a case-by-case basis.

       Temporary policy 1000.3T Volunteers, Student Interns, and Other Non-Employees will
       undergo legal review, specifically whether CPS can ask volunteers if they are
       vaccinated, or require volunteers to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

9. POLICIES/REGULATIONS RECOMMENDED FOR REMOVAL (NONE AT THIS TIME)

10. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW ISSUES RAISED OR SUBJECTS DEVELOPED

11. ESTABLISH MAY 20, 2021 AGENDA PRIORITIES
    Priorities include:
        ● Temporary policy 1000.2T Use of School Facilities was reviewed regarding allowing
            outside organizations to use facilities outside of school hours. The District will seek
