ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: Superintendent Jeffrey Burt, Director of Teaching and
Learning Dr. Charles Hewes, Bacon Academy Assistant Principal Amy Begue, Director of Pupil
Services and Special Education Kathleen Perry, Colchester Elementary School Principal Judy

Chair Tomasi called the meeting to order at 5:00PM.

3.1 BOE Goals Development
Superintendent Burt introduced the Administrative staff present and shared BOE goals
through 2021. The Board of Education discussed draft goals and will continue to discuss
and develop goals in future meetings.
