1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
A. Domeika called the meeting to order at 4:37PM.

None.

Suesen Hickey joined the meeting at 4:40.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

      3.2 *Approval of Minutes from March 2, 2020 Special Meeting
           Motion by:​ C. McGlynn
           To approve 3.1 March 10, 2020 and 3.2 March 2, 2020 minutes.

4. PRIORITY DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
         4.1 *Technology Integration Specialist Job Description
         4.2 *Front Entrance Security Personnel Position Description
         Motion by: ​S. Hickey
         To move the position descriptions in agenda items 4.1 and 4.2 to the full Board for
         approval.
         Second by: ​C. McGlynn
         Vote: ​Unanimous

           4.3 Human Resources Update

          Director of Human Resources Shannon Ramsby provided an overview of personnel
          priorities and hiring initiatives. Discussion ensued around topics of personnel.
