ADDENDUM
This addendum is in reference to the ‘Transportation Contract Between LEARN and Colchester
Board of Education, Special Services’ dated 6/10/20.
May it be known that the undersigned parties, for good and fair consideration, do hereby agree
to the following changes and/or additions as stated below. These changes and/or additions shall
be made valid as if they were included in the original contract.
During the 2020-2021 school year, LEARN and Colchester Public Schools agree to follow the
guidelines and practices below if/when changes to the Colchester Public Schools student
calendar take place.
If Colchester Public Schools implements a hybrid learning model, LEARN agrees to reduce
billing by 20% for the students in-district and out-of-district who are attending school less than 5
days a week. For the out-placed students who attend 5 days a week, the billing will not be
reduced.
If Colchester Public School implements a full-distance learning model. LEARN agrees to
reduce total costs by 20% and will retain the employment of the LEARN drivers in order to
ensure they can be activated if Colchester Public Schools returns to any form of an in-person
learning model.
No other terms or conditions of the above names contract shall be negated or changed as a
result of this addendum.
