MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Mary Tomasi, Vice Chair Chris McGlynn, Amy Domeika,
Suesen Hickey, Jessica Morozowich, Joanne Rose.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Mitchell Koziol.

ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: Superintendent Jeffrey Burt.

1. MEETING OPENING
   1. Call to order.
      Chair Tomasi called this Special Meeting to order at 4:02 pm with a roll call to establish a
      quorum. With six members present a quorum was established.

2. PUBLIC COMMENT
   No comments were received.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSSION: SUPERINTENDENT EVAULATION
   Motion by: J. Morozowich
   to go into Executive Session to discuss the Superintendent’s Evaluation and to invite
   Superintendent Burt into the session.
   Second by: C. McGlynn
   Vote:        Unanimous to approve by those present. Time: 4:10 pm.

   Chair Tomasi brought the Board members out of Executive Session at 7:14 pm.
   Motion by: S. Hickey
   to approve the Superintendent’s evaluation.
   Second by: J. Morozowich.
   Vote:        Unanimous to approve.
   As this motion did not contain the approval of the contract, it was found further discussion
   was needed for clarification.

   Motion by: J. Morozowich
   to go into a second Executive Session to further discuss the Superintendent’s contract.
   Second by: S. Hickey.
   Vote:         Unanimous to approve. Time: 7:18 pm.
   Chair Tomasi brought the Board out of this Executive Session at 7:30 pm.
   Action below.

4. SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION
   Motion by: J. Rose
   to extend the Superintendent’s contract from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2023.
   Second by: S. Hickey.
   Vote:        Unanimous to approve.

5. ADJOURNMENT
   Chair Tomasi adjourned this Special Meeting at 7:40 pm.
