Dear Superintendent Burt, Principal Butson, and Board of Education Members,
I am writing this letter to inform you that as of June 30, 2020, I will be retiring from my
position as Literacy Specialist at Jack Jackter Intermediate School. It has been a pleasure
to spend the last ten years of my thirty five year teaching career in the Colchester school
system.
As a Colchester resident, I have also had the opportunity to see first hand, not only
through my experience, but also through my son’s, the very talented, devoted and
dedicated educators that work throughout the system.
As I leave, please know that I wish all of you the very best now, and in all of your future
endeavors.
