                                                                BYLAWS OF THE BOARD

                                  FACILITIES REVIEW

The Board shall review and determine the facilities requirements of the district each
year as part of the yearly budget process. by the end of November each year for at least
the next school year and optimally for the next five years. If action is needed by the
Boards of Finance and Selectman in order to implement the recommendations being
made by the Board of Education, then the Board shall also make such recommendations
to those Boards.
