Source: CT OPM adopted municipal budgets (pcg4-s5rc), fields revenues_from_state_of_ct and total_revenue, via ct_adopted_budgets.json. These are the amounts towns budgeted to receive, not audited receipts; federal revenue is a separate field and is not included here.
All towns with the state share, the dollar amount, and state aid per resident.
State share = budgeted revenues from the State of Connecticut ÷ total budgeted revenue, from each town's adopted budget as filed with OPM. The biggest component for most towns is the Education Cost Sharing grant; the rest is a bundle of smaller statutory grants.
