Motion by: M.Gignac
Motion to extend the Assistant Superintendent’s Contract through June 30, 2028 and
set the total compensation at $199,718.00 for the 2025-2026 school year.

Motion to set the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent’s salary at $85,532 for the
2025-2026-school year, given additional responsibilities due to staff reduction.

Motion to authorize the Superintendent to work with the Colchester Association of
School Administrators to establish an Associate Principal position at Jack Jackter
Intermediate School. The MOU relative to the position should neither be precedent setting or
permanent.

Motion to appoint Melissa Cyr as the Associate Principal, IEP Facilitator and HOTS

Motion to authorize thé Board Chair and Vice Chair to negotiate the Superintendent’s
contract for the 2025-2025 school year with the understanding that it is a three year contract
